Estelar operated the route from Caracas to Madrid for just one year, under a wet leasing agreement with the Portuguese company Hi Fly. At the time, the flights were operated by the Airbus A340-300 but were closed at the beginning of 2020 due to the pandemic, and have not been resumed since.

In addition to Madrid, other cities in Europe such as Lisbon and Rome also had Estelar flights with Hi Fly aircraft. One curiosity is that the Venezuelan company is the first Latin company to use the Airbus A380 on flights originating on the continent.

The Spanish charter company is highly available to lease its A350 aircraft and crew due to the winter season, in which the company reduces its flight schedule. Iberojet planes are configured to carry up to 432 engers in a single configuration.

The connection between Spain and Venezuela has a strong history of enger demand, throughout 2023 with three companies operating, enger levels have already returned to 2019 numbers. Currently the countries have connections from Air Europa, Plus Ultra and Iberia.

With an eye on the great demand, Estelar aims to reach an agreement with Iberojet to start flights from Caracas, Venezuela, to Madrid on November 17th. Despite expectations, there are still no tickets sold for the flight.
