as already reported here on the Aeroflap portal, USAF bombers will be part of the opening of the 2021 Super Bowl, scheduled for this Sunday (7/02). What is new is that a pilot will lead the formation of the planes, it is the captain and instructor, Sarah Kociuba.
The captain, who has a resume of 90 combat missions and more than 1.700 flight hours in five different aircraft models, will command a B-2A Spirit stealth bomber, belonging to an air base in the state of Missouri.
In all, there will be three bombers that will fly over Raymond James Stadium, Florida, where the big American Football game will take place.
The aircraft involved are Captain Sarah's B-2A, a B-1B Lancer and finally a classic B-52H, thus totaling the three USAF operational bombers.
The aircraft will fly over the stadium during the US national anthem, something that is very common in North American sporting events such as, for example, the Indianapolis 500.

"Obviously it's a very dynamic schedule that can change frequently while we're on the air," said Kociuba in an interview with Fox 13. "So (the Super Bowl team) will be constantly talking to me as I'm managing the lineup to make sure we're in the stadium on time."

"We'll probably all be flying around seven to nine hours", adds Kociuba.
The aircraft will depart from their respective bases and states (Missouri, South Dakota and North Dakota), and will meet in the region of the city of Tampa, Florida. The aircraft will perform aerial refueling (REVO).
