Rio de Janeiro will have a special visitor in the next few hours, this is the Ilyushin IL-62 of the company Rada Airlines, from Belarus. The Soviet aircraft will land at Galeão Airport, on a flight from Tripoli, Libya.

The IL-62 took off today at 14:00 pm operating flight RDA-1532, which will land at Galeão Airport at 02:00 am on September 02nd. The aircraft will make its return flight from Galeão at 09:00 am to Banjul, Gambia, where it will land at 15:30 pm.

As the plane is currently fully freighter, the flight will logically transport cargo, which will be weapons produced in Brazil for Sudan. The Soviet-designed aircraft is known for its unusual look for today's times, with four Soviet-era engines located in the tail, which has a basic T-shape.
