The aircraft currently operating under registration F-WWYO took off and landed at Toulouse Airport, lasting approximately one hour and 11 minutes. The information is from the website www.aibfamily.flights.

On “acceptance” flights, company technicians usually fly together with Airbus technicians and pilots, testing all the aircraft's systems and functionalities.

Right after the “acceptance” flight, and if the company approves the delivery of the aircraft, the manufacturer initiates the procedures to transfer the aircraft to the customer, this also includes the payment of a delivery fee (normally), and other bureaucratic processes such as the lease approval (if any).

Since it was manufactured in 2019, this A330neo has performed around 15h35 hours of test flights, most of them at the end of 2020 and 2021. Azul decided to delay the delivery of the pink A330neo due to the pandemic period, where it faced low demand for seats, mainly in the international market.

Azul's newest and last A330neo will receive registration PR-ANV and received the baptismal name “La Belle Azul”. The company equipped its new plane with a configuration of 34 seats in Business, 96 in Economy Xtra and 168 in Economy.

With this aircraft in the fleet, Azul completes five A330-900neo aircraft, equal to the number order made by the company in 2017. In 2019 the (at the time) director of alliances at Azul, Marcelo Bento Ribeiro, said that the company hopes to replace the current A330-200 aircraft with the new A330-900neo, so Azul may have 12 A330-900neo model aircraft in the future .

The possibility of ordering new aircraft remains open, with no further comments on the subject. On the other hand, the company is operating with 8 A330-200 aircraft (previous generation).
