A Amaro Aviation, an executive aircraft company, closed a deal with Synerjet Corp, the exclusive distributor of the Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus in Latin America, for the acquisition of up to 12 aircraft over the next five years.
The investment will be around half a billion reais. The forecast is that executive jets and turboprops will be present in the fleet by 2028, and the acquisition will be gradual.
In partnership, Synerjet Corp will be a shareholder in the aircraft, acquiring 1/8 of each executive aircraft involved in the negotiation. The transaction between the companies includes the purchase of up to eight PC-12NGX aircraft.

The first will be acquired in 2023 and the second in 2024. The other turboprops will arrive to complete the fleet in the years 2025 to 2028. Best seller, the Pilatus PC-12NGX is considered the best aircraft in the world in its category.
The deal also includes the acquisition of four PC-24 aircraft. The first jet will be acquired in 2023, and the rest will arrive in later years, with one PC-24 aircraft per year between 2025 and 2028.

The PC-24 is an executive jet designed to operate on short and even unpaved runways. The model can safely operate on dirt or grass tracks, for example.
“The partnership with Synerjet Corp, distributor of Pilatus Aircraft in Latin America, gives us a new position in the executive aviation market, in addition to allowing customers absolute flexibility to operate in different airports, where other planes do not operate, thus reducing the total time to destination”, said Marcos Amaro, founder of Amaro Aviation.
The CEO of Synerjet Corp, José Eduardo Brandão states: “Our partnership with Amaro Aviation was expanded thanks to the business capacity of Marcos Amaro and his team of talented professionals, the high technology products, safety, flexibility and low operational cost offered by Pilatus Aircraft and the quality of services provided by Synerjet Corp in its facilities at Catarina Airport.”
Amaro Aviation currently has 10 aircraft in its fleet, three of which are available for sharing (PC-12NGX, PC-24 and Gulfstream G550). The company also manages a fleet of seven aircraft. This management includes maintenance, crew, air catering, among other essential procedures for the flight.
