Boeing delivered the first All Nippon Airways (ANA) 787-10, which arrived in Japan on March 31, well ahead of entry into service on April 26.
In all, the company ordered three aircraft of this model. It is also known for being the debut customer of the 787 Dreamliner, taking delivery of the first aircraft of this model in 2011.

ANA reported that all its 787-10 aircraft will be configured with 294 seats in three classes: 38 in Business, 21 in Economy and 235 in Economy. The company maintained its concept of seats in Business, but changed the wording of Economy classes.

“The 787-10 is a cutting-edge aircraft and ANA is honored to be the first Japanese airline to fly the aircraft. ANA now has the distinction of being the only airline in Asia to operate all models (787-8, 787-9 and 787-10) of the 787 aircraft.”, said ANA Executive Vice President Hideki Kunug.

ANA's Boeing 787-10 aircraft will serve destinations in Southeast Asia, such as the Narita-Bangkok route. Flights start from July 1st.
