The National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the Ministry of Ports and Airports (MPor) launch, this Wednesday, April 3, a program that will improve Brazilian civil aviation: Wings for All. The objective is to promote diversity, inclusion and training in the airline sector. The ceremony was held at 15pm in the ANAC auditorium, in Brasília (DF).
The program includes the g of a protocol of intentions with companies and associations in the segment, in addition to the formalization of a technical cooperation agreement between ANAC, MPor and four other ministries: Tourism, Women, Racial Equality and Human Rights and Citizenship.
After the ceremony, a press conference will be held, exclusively in person, with the participation of the ministers present. The event ends with the presentation of accessibility initiatives adopted by the main airlines operating in Brazil, followed by the presentation of a prize to encourage investment in the topic by airlines and airport operators.
Wings for Everyone
The program already has 15 projects underway, associated with three subprograms: training and qualification, inclusion and diversity, and women in aviation. Asas para Todos is part of ANAC's sustainability policy and was designed to increase the participation of all segments of the population in the civil aviation sector, through educational and inclusive actions and combating discriminatory and racist practices.
