To meet the great demand for professional certification in civil aviation and launching yet another action of the Simple Flight Program, the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) announces the expansion of test stands from 13 to 40 Brazilian cities.
Totaling 49 exam rooms, which will be opened in phases from October this year until February 2021, the expansion of services will be carried out in partnership with Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
The contract with FGV is also part of the 3rd phase of reopening the ANAC exam rooms, which were closed from March to August due to the new coronavirus pandemic. In addition to the 49 planned rooms and the 40 cities that will be served, FGV is available to offer other test rooms, in all states of the federation, according to demand.
The initial planning considered the location of the Civil Aviation Instruction Centers and the FGV test centers, as well as the demand for each location. The forecast is that by February 2021 all 49 exam rooms will be active.
As of October 19, 2020, FGV will open registration for theoretical exams in Rio de Janeiro, (RJ) in Campo Grande (MS) and in Belém, in Pará (PA), which currently do not have an open test stand.
The ANAC exam rooms, currently open, will be discontinued in each city as the services provided by FGV are fully operational.
