The agreement includes initiatives to enhance the training of AéroPyrénées students. The manufacturer will offer workshops and conferences led by its experts, covering the characteristics of the aircraft, their operations and career opportunities in the regional aviation sector.

“This partnership between ATR and AéroPyrénées is based on shared values, such as a ion for aviation and the pursuit of excellence. It combines our educational and technical expertise to train the pilots our operators will need in the years to come. Promoting ATR and its importance in the aviation landscape will help guide the choices of future pilots and establish connections with ATR operators,” said Christian Commissaire, Director of ATR Training Center.

Students will have access to ATR’s Training Centre in Toulouse, which features flight simulators and educational equipment. Tailored training modules, including systems knowledge and Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC)/Type Rating, will also be available upon completion of the Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating in Multi-Engine Aircraft (L-IR/ME) course.
