Azul was awarded this Monday (28) as the Best Airline Company in the country in the enger Satisfaction Survey, referring to the scores attributed by travelers regarding the services offered at large airports, and with the best punctuality among national airlines .
A companhia took the lead in the two categories for airlines of the Aviação + Brasil Award, an initiative of the Ministry of Infrastructure (MInfra) and the National Commission of Airport Authorities (Conaero).
The winners, chosen from a sample of 61 airports – 20 national and 41 regional – and five airlines, competed in 17 categories after being evaluated by the award organizers in various accessibility practices and in more than 926 takeoffs and landings.
In addition to the technical team, more than 50 national air transport customers were interviewed at air terminals throughout Brazil, as part of the enger Satisfaction Survey carried out by the National Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SAC).
The Aviação + Brasil Award also recognized the airlines that had the best performance in the quality categories, which took into the scores of the enger Satisfaction Survey, and punctuality.

The Aviação + Brasil Award also assessed the performance of Brazilian airports.
Recife's air terminal, Azul's hub in the Northeast, was recognized as the most punctual airport with movement between 5 and 10 million engers.
Cascavel airport was recognized as the best in the country in the “Regional” category, as well as leading the ranking in the South region.
In the Southeast, Midwest and Northeast, the airports of Montes Claros, Macapá and Campinas Grande received the best ratings, respectively. All of them are regularly operated by Azul.
