A BLUE enrollment is open for young people who wish to enter the aircraft maintenance area through the second edition of the Technical Internship Program. In all, 30 vacancies are being offered, 20 of which will be allocated in the Azul hangar in Viracopos (Campinas) and another 10 in the company's hangar in Pampulha (Belo Horizonte).
Those interested in participating in the program must be over 18 years old and studying Aircraft Maintenance technician, starting from the basic module at a school accredited by the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), in addition to residing in Campinas or Belo Horizonte. The selection process is made up of different stages, starting with online registration, going through tests, dynamics and online interviews.
Applications must be made by July 2 at the link in the Internship Program. The beginning of the internship will take place on August 14, with a duration of 12 months.
During the Internship Program, those approved will have access to a development track of technical skills focused on aircraft maintenance, technical and behavioral workshops, meetings with leaders, job rotation and follow-up by Azul's Human and Organizational Development team.
Among the benefits that those approved will be entitled to when ing the Technical Internship Program are the scholarship and the concession of airline tickets. In addition, they will also have life insurance, transportation allowance, food at the company's own cafeteria in Viracopos (Campinas-SP) and meal vouchers in Pampulha (Belo-Horizonte-MG), withmedical and dental insurance, pharmacy discount, Gym and Zenclub.
