Azul already allows its Customers to book and issue tickets, via the company's app or website, to 23 destinations in the United States, such as Boston and New York, and to four other cities in the Caribbean, through partner airlines.
With the partnerships, in addition to the regular flights it offers to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, in the United States, Azul customers are able to purchase airline tickets to the best-known tourist cities in a single purchase, through an increasingly intuitive experience, in addition to to enjoy all the comfort and facilities that Azul offers on its international flights.
According to Abhi Shah, Vice President of Revenue, the benefits of connectivity are many.
“The Blue Customer who needs to go to New York, for example, flies with us from Viracopos to Fort Lauderdale and then quickly connects on a partner flight. All this with just one check-in for all segments and baggage claim only at the final destination or first connection point in Brazil and/or the United States”, explains the executive.

The North American destinations contemplated by Azul's partnership with other partner companies are: New York (John F. Kennedy and Newark), Boston, Las Vegas, Houston, Albany, Austin, Windsor Locks, Charleston, Worcester, Philadelphia, Providence, Morrisville , Richmond, Jacksonville, Cleveland, New Orleans, Portland, Phoenix, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, and Seattle, as well as other destinations outside the United States such as Cancun (Mexico), Aruba (Caribbean) and San Juan (Porto Rico), Port–au-Prince (Haiti), totaling 27 connections abroad.
Blue experience in international travel
For those traveling abroad with Azul, whether to the United States or Europe, the convenience of the journey happens even before boarding, in the Azul Lounge, located in the international area of Viracopos airport, in Campinas. In a space of 820 m² with capacity for 240 people, the company offers home theater, showers, panoramic veranda and an area with chaises, in addition to dozens of food and drink options.

On Azul Business, Customers have a full seat, with direct aisle access, personalized dining options and world-class in-flight entertainment. Those flying in Economy Xtra class can enjoy an enhanced legroom experience, which also includes SkySofa.
Azul's A330 jets also feature the Panasonic eX3 entertainment system, one of the most advanced technological solutions on the market. Televisions of all classes are 16 inches and are equipped with a remote control and also have a touchscreen mode. In all classes, video playback quality is in HD. The screens are equipped with a USB port, which serves, above all, to recharge mobile devices.
And when it comes to meals, the menu is not far behind, always featuring four options, ranging from meat, fish and pasta. Dishes are accompanied by soup, salads, cheese and bread, in addition to special starters and different desserts.
