To meet the high demand of Customers traveling from Brazil to the United States during the summer in the southern hemisphere, Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras will have around 40 extra flights between December 11th and January 5th, with an additional capacity of over ten thousand seats. The period will cover Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival, with frequencies operated by A330 jets, with 272 seats.
“We are attentive to the natural demand, above all, from those who travel to the United States on summer vacation. We will make even more seats available so that everyone can enjoy one of the most popular places for Brazilians abroad. For this, we prepared new flight schedules to Fort Lauderdale/Miami and we have excellent services and extremely comfortable aircraft to guarantee an excellent experience from before boarding”, said Daniel Tkacz, Director of Network Planning at Azul.
Azul's intentions to expand its offer to the United States are subject to approval by the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac).
