To be a flight attendant at Azul, a person must meet the following requirements:
- Complete high school
- valid CMA
- CCT or CHT issued by ANAC
- Language English or Spanish intermediate level
- Have Brazilian nationality
The role of a flight attendant is:
- Comply with all safety procedures on board the aircraft, in accordance with the company's operating standards;
- Ensure the well-being of customers on board, meeting their needs with promptness and courtesy
