For the ninth consecutive time, Azul was honored by Skytrax, the “World Aviation Oscar” with two awards. The delivery of the traditional paintings that symbolize this recognition takes place today, in , at the Paris Air Show.
Once again Azul was elected the best regional airline in South America and the company's crew were also recognized as the best on the continent.
The Skytrax World Airline Awards brings together data from an external audit, as well as ratings from engers from around the world.
Among all the awards received by Azul, the Skytrax decorations are among the most important for the crew, so much so that the staff are highlighted at UniAzul, the company's corporate university, which receives employees from all over Brazil for training.

British consultancy SkyTrax surveyed engers from over 160 countries in a qualitative survey of the travel experience on small and large airlines in dozens of countries. Aspects such as service at the airport and on board were evaluated.
The survey took into the satisfaction of travelers both at the airport and on board, which includes check-in services, boarding procedures, cabin cleaning, food and beverages, entertainment and customer service.
Among the factors that led Azul to win the awards for best regional company in South America and best team of employees are customer satisfaction with the company's product and the high standards of service offered by the company, from the purchase of the air ticket until the completion of the flight.
