A BLUE started selling airline tickets between Florianópolis and Goiânia. As of November 10, there will be three direct weekly flights connecting the capitals of Santa Catarina and Goiás, operated by modern Embraer E1 aircraft, with capacity for 118 engers.
Customers departing from Florianópolis to Goiânia will be able to discover a city with several parks, such as Vaca Brava, Areião and Flamboyant. In addition, they will have the opportunity to visit tourist attractions, such as the Civic Square and the Oscar Niemeyer, Cora Coralina and Martim Cererê Cultural Centers.
On the other hand, anyone traveling from the `national capital of the sertanejo´ to Florianópolis will enjoy paradisiacal beaches, with white sand and crystal clear water, such as Canasvieiras, dos Ingleses, do Forte, do Campeche, Joaquina and the glamorous Praia de Jurerê Internacional.
Flights will depart from Florianópolis on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 23:55, with an expected arrival in Goiânia at 01:55. In the opposite direction, flights will leave the capital of Goiás on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays at 03:10 am, landing at Hercílio Luz Airport at 05:10 am.
“This is an old dream of Azul. Having this connection between Florianópolis and Goiânia is something we were aiming for. With the increase of this route, we will contemplate Clients who are traveling for leisure and also those who are traveling for work”, points out Vitor Silva, Grid Planning Manager at Azul.

In addition to the Florianópolis–Goiânia connection, Azul started selling airline tickets for the Vitória–Goiânia and Navegantes–Cuiabá routes. These connections are part of new markets that the airline will start to operate, in order to meet the high demand of Customers who seek more agility and comfort between destinations.
