Applications are open for Azul's 2022 Trainee Program. There are about 15 vacancies open for candidates with higher education in any area of activity to start in January 2022.

The company is looking for professionals who are at the forefront of their careers and who want to grow and develop their leadership skills. For this, right at the beginning of the program, Trainees will immerse themselves in Azul's business, learning about the experience offered to Customers, through visits to strategic areas, such as airports, aircraft maintenance hangars, Azul Cargo, Callcenter and corporate university .
In addition, to accelerate the career of young talents, the program will offer mentoring with the CEO, vice presidents and directors of Azul, who closely monitor the development of each trainee.
To participate in the program, candidates must have graduated in any area of knowledge between July 2018 and December 2021, be ionate about the aviation segment, innovative, creative and willing to participate in challenging projects in the company.

The selection process will give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in online tests, games for problem solving and decision making, dynamics, interviews and s with leadership.
