Bill can allocate BRL 25 million to works at four airports in the Brazilian interior

The National Congress Bill (PLN) 24/22 opens supplementary credit of R$ 88,9 million to reallocate appropriations from eight different federal agencies.

Most of the resources will benefit the Ministry of Infrastructure, with R$ 42,6 million for work at airports, traffic control on federal highways and istrative services of the National Waterway Transport Agency (Antaq).

Resources will be distributed as follows:

  • R$ 25 million to the National Civil Aviation Fund, to carry out works in the Caçador (SC), Dourados (MS), Itacoatiara (AM), Coari (AM) and Alcântara (MA) airports;
  • R$ 17,8 million to the National Center for Advanced Electronic Technology (Ceitec), for the maintenance of machines and equipment that cannot be turned off, as well as the provision of services necessary for the maintenance of the unit's premises, in view of the suspension of the process liquidation of the company by the Federal Court of s (TCU);
  • R$ 17 million to the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (Dnit), for the installation, operation and maintenance of electronic traffic control equipment on federal highways;
  • R$ 10,3 million to the Ministry of Tourism, to strengthen tourism development actions in Brazilian municipalities, through the adequacy and expansion of infrastructure, enabling the improvement of the quality of activities, services and products offered to tourists in the post-pandemic period ;
  • R$ 9,2 million to the Attorney General's Office, to handle contracts with information technology, software development, technological security, internet and telephony;
  • R$ 5,6 million to the Ministry of Communications, for the development of studies to define the next technological standard for television, the so-called TV 3.0, and the expansion of the communications infrastructure in the Amazon region through the implementation of a fiber optic network mainly subfluvial, in the Norte Conectado Project;
  • R$ 3,2 million to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, with the aim of carrying out a soil survey and edaphoclimatic zoning (related to the soil and climate) of crops exploited by family farming;
  • R$540 to Antaq, for hiring a company to carry out istrative services;
  • R$ 171 to the Ministry of Economy, for economic cooperation activities with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD);
  • R$ 78,4 thousand to the Ministry of Defense, for updates related to the technological base for development and customization of routines absorbed from the Apolo system, in view of the Development Project Plan for the Defense Geoinformation System (SisGeodef).

Conduct
The project will be reviewed by t Budget Committee before proceeding to vote in the Plenary of the National Congress.
