Recently, the Portal Aeroflap team got to know the Blacklist Lounge & Bar, which explores a new concept of high places, very common in large cities abroad.
During our visit to the place, we met the owners Bruno Mattos and Larissa Rizzi, who welcomed us with great enthusiasm and showed us a little about the local services.
With a 360º vision, Blacklist Lounge & Bar emerged in 2020 based on an opportunity to lease the terrace of a building, curiously located in front of Congonhas Airport.
Bruno told us that initially the idea was not to create a bar overlooking one of the main airports in the country.
The beautiful view of the airport operations came as a “Plus” for the bar, according to Bruno Mattos, while he prepared another drink for the customers who were there.
During our visit we can see that the place is frequented either by plane lovers or simply by people who want a good view combined with the good drinks prepared by Bruno, along with the crepes that the place offers as a food option.
The place has a modern and pleasant decor, and a perfect 360º view, overlooking the entire Congonhas Airport and also the set of buildings in São Paulo. In photos it is possible to obtain beautiful clicks, as we see in the images below.
If you don't have a camera, no problem. There are binoculars to follow in detail the movement of aircraft, with landings and takeoffs practically every minute in the late afternoon period.
At night, the rooftop concept is even more evident with the night lights of São Paulo. And even in the dark, it is still possible to follow the movement of aircraft at Congonhas Airport.
The Gate One Building is located at Avenida Washington Luís, number 6675 (Sao Paulo). The Blacklist Lounge and Bar is located on the 11th floor of the same building, and identification is required at the front desk to access the location.
