In progress since last Sunday (14th), the Dubai Airshow brings together the main aircraft manufacturers in the world with their latest innovations. On the part of Boeing, the 777 times became the main attraction not only for its static display, but for giving a breathtaking aerial presentation during the 1st day of the event.
In the videos that are circulating on the internet, it is possible to follow the beautiful demonstration flight of the 777X, where the twin-engine giant performed some unconventional maneuvers on a regular flight to the delight of the public that accompanied it.

demo flights
Quite common during air shows, demonstration flights are the opportunity for manufacturers to present their aircraft not only to the public, but also to potential customers in negotiations. Of course, the presentation is not a factor of greater relevance compared to its operational data, but the possibility of seeing a state-of-the-art aircraft up close, performing maneuvers that challenge its limits, can be a great card to please possible customers.
Transfer to Dubai
To reach Dubai, the 777X made a nearly 15-hour nonstop flight from Seattle's Boeing Field to Dubai, the first international flight and the longest so far.
Developed with technologies from the 777 and 787 Dreamliner families, the 777–9 becomes the direct competitor of the A350. The plane is designed to be more efficient, delivering 10% better fuel use, emissions and operating costs than other aircraft of the same size.
The 777X family has a total of 351 orders and commitments from eight leading customers worldwide. The first delivery of the plane is scheduled for the end of 2023.
