The Chamber of Deputies opened a public vote on Provisional Measure 1029, controversial in the aviation sector for expand the field of outsourcing in the sector, even for crew .

Provisional Measure 1029, published by the federal government, amends Law 13.475/2017, the Aeronaut Law, allowing the outsourcing of crew when the aircraft operator is a public istration body or entity, in the exercise of institutional missions or power of police.
The MP will be voted on by the Chamber of Deputies soon, and may be part of Law 13.475/2017 definitively. The bill still needs to the Senate and presidential approval. The popular vote may weigh heavily on the decision of parliamentarians.
