Many airlines use retro paintings to periods of their history, and cause a little nostalgia in engers. In the case of CargoLux, we are left with the first option.

Leah O Carroll photographer managed to shoot the company's newest painting this past weekend. It is a Boeing 747-400F, registration LX-NCL, which received the retro colors of CargoLux.

The highlight of CargoLux's retro livery is the return of the aircraft's black nose. Previously this was a necessity item, but it became fashionable in aircraft paints in the 60's and 70's.

This is a celebration of the cargo company for its 50 years of operation. Currently, the company based in Luxembourg is known for transporting large loads, using its 28 Boeing 747-400/8F aircraft.
