Catarina Aviation Show debuts with an exhibition of aircraft and luxury cars

The Catarina Aviation Show debuted in style. The first day of the event was marked by an exhibition of planes, helicopters and cars, which could be tested and seen up close by professionals from the aviation sector and other guests.

Among the aircraft, the PC-12 and PC-24 models, by Pilatus Aircraft, were on display and open to visitors; AW169 Augusta and A109E Power, from Gualter Helicopters; Cirrus SF50 Vision and SR22 Turbo GTS, from Plane Aviation. The Bell 430 helicopter, from Synerjet, and the G500 and G650ER planes, from Gulfstream, complete the list.

“We are very satisfied with the organization of the event, from the reception of customers to the presentation of the aircraft. It is an excellent opportunity for aircraft buyers. Timbro's expectation, in these three days, is to start new conversations with potential customers”, says Philipe Figueiredo, Head of Aviation at the Brazilian foreign trade, distribution and financial services entrepreneur.

In of cars, Audi's RS e-tron GT and Q3 Sportback models were presented; Jaguar F-Type and Range Rover Sport, from Jaguar Land Rover; McLaren 720S and Aston Martin DBS, both represented by UK Motors in Brazil.

Racing cars from Porsche, in partnership with TAG Heuer, and the Lubrax | Podium Stock Car Team were also on display. Another attraction for supermachinery fans were the test drives of Audi's RS e-tron GT, Q3 Sportback and e-tron Sportback models; and Land Rover Defender and Jaguar I-Pace, both from Jaguar Land Rover.

But it wasn't just the brands of cars and planes that had a busy first day. Service providers such as COMEXPORT, the largest foreign trade company and leader in the aircraft import sector in Brazil, also debuted at the event with a high volume of business.

“The organization of the Catarina Aviation Show was perfect and we are surprised with the amount of customers that came on this first day. This mix of planes, cars and luxury brands is something new that has everything to work out. It was a success and we have high expectations regarding the closing of deals in the coming days as well”, comments Juliano Lefèvre, the company's commercial director.

The Catarina Aviation Show is an unprecedented event, promoted by NürnbergMesse Brasil in partnership with JHSF and presented by Bradesco Private Bank.

It is closed to guests and will take place until June 4th, Saturday, at the São Paulo Catarina Executive International Airport, located 30 minutes from the city of São Paulo.
