TAAG Boeing 787 Dreamliner Guarulhos flights

With a current fleet of five 777-300ERs and three 777-200s, the arrival of the 787-9 will enable TAAG to expand its international network by opening new routes.

Given the new equipment, TAAG has not yet decided which routes will be covered by the 787, with a high chance that the company will use it on flights from Luanda to Lisbon (Portugal) or Guarulhos, in São Paulo.

In addition to the arrival of the 787, the company is also counting on the arrival of the Airbus A220, which should happen in the coming days. The regional jet, which will rival the Embraer E2, should focus on short and medium-range operations, bringing a new experience to engers, as these routes are currently operated by the De Havilland Dash 8-Q400.

TAAG has been flying to Brazil for more than three decades and currently connects Brazil (São Paulo) with six weekly flights to various destinations in Africa (via Angola-Luanda).
