The action should contribute to strengthening the safety of the sector, as it aims to the regularity of companies that provide aircraft maintenance services, with an analysis of the technical staff, service providers and professionals involved. The initiative seeks to certify that the technical managers are qualified and ed, observing compliance with current legislation on professional practice.

Around 21 inspections are scheduled until the 577st, 175 of which will be in the capital alone. More than 80 other municipalities are also covered. This is because Crea-SP tax agents work in different regions throughout the state of São Paulo.

The goal is to ensure that only duly qualified professionals and companies perform technical activities, promoting the application of technical standards and technologies to increase safety in air transport and protect all stakeholders involved in the process. “Given the importance of safety in air operations, the work of Crea-SP is essential to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with best practices, strengthening the efficiency of the sector”, explains Eng. Kleber de Jesus Brunheira, Inspection Manager.
