Tickets for the direct flight from Manaus to Fort Lauderdale (USA), which will be operated from Manaus Airport, are now available for purchase.
Through t work with Azul Linhas Aéreas, the terminal, managed by Concessionária dos Aeroportos da Amazônia, a member of the VINCI Airports network, will have three weekly flights on the new route, with the first flight departing from Manaus on December 15th.
In the same month, Gol Linhas Aéreas will also start operating direct flights to Miami.
Because it is intersected by canals, rivers and lakes, Fort Lauderdale is known as the “Venice of America”, in addition to having beautiful beaches with clear waters and white sand, which attract tourists from all over the world. The city is only 44 kilometers away from Miami, with air and road access. The new route will last 5h25.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the flight departs from Manaus at 10:30 am and lands in the American city at 14:55 pm (local time). The return, on the same days, has a landing in the Amazonian capital scheduled for 5 am.
The route to Miami, the main distribution center in the US for flights from Latin America, will last 5h55. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, the flight departs Manaus at 12:30 pm and lands in Miami at 17:25 pm (local time). The return takes place at 19 pm, with a landing in Manaus scheduled for 1:55 am the following day.
