EL AL Israel Airlines received a Five Star rating in the Inflight Service category in the APEX Official Airline Ratings 2022 awards. In the survey, engers rated one million flights operated by 600 airlines on five elements of inflight service: seat comfort, cabin service, food and drink, entertainment and Wi-Fi.

All EL AL flights to and from the United States are operated with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, offering Economy, and Business Class.
EL AL's new Boeing 787 Dreamliner features the latest amenities, including reclining Business Class seats, gourmet meals and a wide range of wines and beverages, as well as free in-flight Wi-Fi. Class offers the amenities of Executive, with comfortable and wide seats, gourmet meals and special drinks.

The APEX Official Airline Ratings were created based on unbiased enger reviews and insights gained through APEX's partnership with Concur's TripIt, the world's highest-rated travel planning app. For the 2022 awards, nearly one million flights were rated by engers on more than 600 airlines worldwide using a five-star scale. APEX Official Airline Ratings have been independently certified by an external professional audit firm.
