Eve Holding Inc., an Embraer company, announced today that its common stock and warrants will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) today under the tickers “EVEX” and “EVEXW”, respectively.
The Company's management will participate in an opening ceremony on the NYSE today in celebration of the public listing, following to completion, in May 9, 2022, of a business combination between Zanite and EVE UAM, LLC, a leader in product development and solutions state-of-the-art for Urban Air Mobility (“UAM”) and subsidiary of Embraer SA (“Embraer”).
