Embraer delivers first Phenom 300E to a Brazilian customer

Embraer concluded today the process of delivering the first Phenom 300E to a customer in Brazil. The name of the operator and the registration number of the aircraft were not revealed. The aircraft departed in the early afternoon from Embraer Executive Aviation headquarters in Melbourne, Florida, United States, bound for the national territory.

The Phenom 300E is the newest member of the Phenom 300 series, which for years has been the best-selling aircraft brand in its class. The Phenom 300E received technological improvements, including an avionics upgrade with a runway departure warning and prevention system (ROAAS), with Embraer being the first manufacturer in Executive Aviation to develop and certify such technology, as well as protection against windshear phenomenon, emergency descent mode, PERF, TOLD, FAA Datacom and many other systems. The Phenom 300E also offers 4G connectivity via Gogo AVANCE L5 with North American coverage.

Among the new features that enhance the comfort of the Phenom 300E are an even quieter cabin, more legroom in the cockpit, as well as a new interior configuration option with a finish, known as Bossa Nova. In of performance, the new Phenom 300E is even faster, capable of reaching Mach 0,80 and a maximum cruising speed of 464 knots (859 km/h) and a range of 2.010 nautical miles (3.724 km) with five occupants in the NBAA IFR booking conditions.

The Phenom 300 is in operation in more than 30 countries, having accumulated more than one million flight hours. It is the most delivered light jet in the world for eight consecutive years, accumulating more than 540 deliveries since its entry into the market in December 2009.
