Embraer received yesterday (1st), at a ceremony held in São Paulo, the Valor Inovação Brasil award, which selects the 150 most innovative organizations in the country.
The assessment highlights strategy and governance at all levels to drive innovation action. Embraer won the 1st position in the Capital Goods sector and the 4th position in the 2023 ranking. The study is carried out by Valor Econômico newspaper and Strategy&, PwC's strategic consultancy.
With more than four thousand professionals dedicated to applied research, development and innovation, and responsible for important international integrations and partnerships, Embraer has around 50% of its revenue coming from innovations carried out in the last five years.
In this edition of the survey, Embraer's highlights were the launch of the E-Jet freighter, technologies of the Phenom 300E, the best-selling executive jet in the category for 11 consecutive years, the aeromedical version of the Phenom 300MED and the sustainable growth plan ed by innovation in products, processes and business models, among others.
Integrated with several research centers in Brazil and abroad, Embraer accumulates 796 patents and annually invests 6% of revenue in R&D.
