Embraer announced today the g of a contract with GrandView Aviation for the conversion of a Phenom 300MED jet, air medical transport solution, through an STC (Supplementary Type Certificate).
The aircraft will be converted at Embraer's Service Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the United States, and operated by on-demand charter company GrandView Aviation.

The Phenom 300MED can be converted from a enger cabin to an air medical transport cabin in a matter of hours, allowing for maximum operational efficiency.”, said Jassie Naor, COO of GrandView Aviation. “We have already operated several missions and the Phenom 300MED further enhances our ability to meet a wide variety of customer needs.”

The Phenom 300MED is a unique air medical transport (MEDEVAC) solution for the Phenom 300 jet series, the world's most successful light jet, and is available through an STC developed and certified by Embraer and umlaut, using from Aerolite.
The MEDEVAC solution, which is also available for new aircraft, is installed exclusively by Embraer's highly qualified Service and network, ensuring maximum quality, reliability and service experience, directly from the manufacturer.
The Phenom 300MED is based on the fastest, longest-range light jet in production and benefits from the platform's heritage of class-leading performance, low operating costs, high mission flexibility and state-of-the-art avionics. With a cabin altitude of 6.600 feet, engers and crew enjoy more oxygen in the cabin. This feature equates to a healthier flight experience, essential for medical staff and patient care.
