In search of business opportunities in different sectors, a delegation from Brazil is fulfilling, since last Thursday (18/5), an extensive international agenda in 11 countries in the Arab world and Eastern Europe. THE Embratur (Brazilian Agency for the International Promotion of Tourism) is present at the meetings scheduled by the Secretariat for Strategic Affairs of the Civil House and has already recorded a good scenario for the arrival of foreign tourists in Brazil. Among the novelties are offers of flights from Morocco and Egypt to the country later this year, as announced by operators Royal Air Maroc (RAM) such as Egypt Air during the meetings.
The Moroccan airline will once again operate in a market that, in 2019, had around 20 monthly flights to Brazil. That year, before the Covid-19 pandemic, there were 335 flights from Casablanca to the country, with more than 93 seats available. Egypt Air should start operations with Brazil after years of planning.

Embratur's Revenue Generation manager, Claudine Bichara de Oliveira, will accompany the international meetings until the next 7th of June, when the Brazilian delegation, made up of 60 , including commercial representatives from different areas and a technical group from the Ministries of Economy, Defense and Foreign Affairs, in addition to representatives from the Presidency, Apex-Brasil and the Chamber of Deputies, returns to Brazil.
Embratur's mission in the entourage is to approach the international tourist trade and facilitate access to investment opportunities in the sector on both sides. The program also makes it possible to identify interlocutors for a positive agenda for exchange and for increasing the flow of engers between countries.
The 11 countries included in the international agenda are: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Iraq, Kuwait, Morocco, Oman, Qatar and the Czech Republic. Until this Monday (23/5), the entourage has already visited Morocco, Egypt and Oman. The next stop will be in the United Arab Emirates.
