After making a selection for cabin crew in Brazil in January, Emirates, in partnership with Fly Right International, will carry out a selection of Flight Attendants in São Paulo on March 05th, 06th and 08th.
As a highlight of the selection process, Emirates does not require the flight attendant to have a course in the area, however, English must be fluent. The company also does not accept children under 21 years of age.

It is worth mentioning that in the curriculum, Emirates requires that the candidate inform height and weight, as well as tattoos already done and even if the person knows how to swim. The Arabs are very demanding on this point.
After Fly Right's separate selection, the first face-to-face process will take place in São Paulo with individual interviews and group activities, always in English. The rest of the selection is carried out by the company itself, including training in Dubai.

Salary and course in Dubai
The company provides all the training for the crew, so it is not necessary to take the mandatory course before selection, as in Brazil. However, the company is quite demanding with body and beauty standards.
Emirates says it pays a salary of BRL 11.000 (in direct conversion), and if you don't mind, you can live in an apartment for free with another person with the same job and who works at Emirates.
