In celebration of World Photography Day (August 19), Salvador Bahia Airport – part of the VINCI Airports network – hosts the “Spotlight” exhibition.
Those who through the enger Terminal during this period will come across beautiful photos taken by Spotters, ionate about aviation whose hobby is to record images of aircraft from the most diverse angles. The set is on display in the space in front of the Food Court.
The photos on display were selected following an invitation sent via social media to the spotters community. Five of them had two images chosen for exhibition.
The material will be on display until the 26th of August. These photographs are the result of a lot of dedication by the spotters, who spend hours at the airport watching the planes that land and take off every day.
Daniela Franco, Communication Manager at Salvador Bahia Airport, commented: “The spotters form a group that is very dear to everyone here at the Airport and they share our ion for aviation with us. In addition, they are local talents that deserve to be highlighted in the spotlight”.
