Scheduled to start in August, the Federal Government's Voa Brasil Program, which promises plane tickets for R$ 200 reais, will have a registration via a cell phone application.
According to the Minister of Ports and Airports, Márcio França, there will be a registration by F, including the discount for those who have not traveled in the last 12 months.
"We are going to create a new mechanism, which is an application, where you will enter your F and if you have not flown in the last 12 months, you write there: 'I want to go from Brasília to Manaus', then it will give you all the options , which is always for a single amount of BRL 200; BRL 200 one way and BRL 200 return“, announced the minister in an interview with Voz do Brasil last Tuesday (28/06).
Marcio França also highlighted that the program seeks to contemplate people with income of up to R$ 6.800. With this, Márcio França hopes that low-income people and retirees will be the most benefited by Voa Brasil.
Márcio França said that it was necessary to discuss with the largest airlines in Brazil. The program is endorsed by President Lula and hopes that the aviation market will be able to offer competitive rates, such as those practiced by low-cost airlines (low cost), leaving open the possibility that other companies operating in Brazil could also be part of the program.
Finally, Márcio França highlighted that the new program agreement can offer between 14 million and 15 million tickets per year and said that the current sales model practiced by airlines makes it difficult for more people to have access.
