The aircraft will take off from Alverca airport, in Portugal, in the late afternoon of Friday (04), landing in Brasília (scheduled) on Sunday, February 06. The first Federal Police E175 made stops at Ilha do Sal and Natal on this route, for refuelling.

This time the stopover of the 2-RLBY in Brazil is scheduled to take place in Recife on Saturday.

With this aircraft, the Federal Police will complete a fleet of two Embraer E175 aircraft. According to information from the PF, the aircraft were acquired from the bankrupt FlyBe and will be operated by the Operational Aviation Command (CAOP).

In the line of executive jets, CAOP until then operated with two Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft with the capacity to transport around 50 engers, depending on the mission.

In addition to greater modernity, the two new E175-E1s manufactured in 2012 by the Federal Police can carry up to 88 engers on board, expanding their capacity for national security missions.

As it is an aircraft that previously operated in the United Kingdom before being delivered to the PF, the E175 underwent numerous adjustments at OGMA, in Alverca, a company of the Embraer Group, in Portugal, where it received all maintenance for return to operation, updating to comply with operational requirements in Brazil, in addition to a new paint job.
