According to a survey carried out by Fly Adam, an air mobility platform, the most sought-after destinations for year-end charter and vacation periods are Florianópolis and Trancoso. Quotations involve flights departing from São Paulo to both cities.
“People are preferring to travel without agglomerations, which is why charter is being increasingly sought after, we are noticing a new public profile”, said Daniel Diniz, CEO of Fly Adam.
A flight between São Paulo and Florianópolis, with a stay of up to two days, costs R$ 25 (round trip). This on board a King Air C90 with capacity for 6 engers.
If the destination is Porto Seguro, the flight from São Paulo has prices starting at R$ 45 round trip, in case of staying up to two days. The value is for chartering a Learjet jet with capacity for 8 engers.
According to Diniz, the potential of this market is enormous. Today, commercial airlines serve around 100 cities across Brazil with regular flights. To reach other locations, the country has more than 15 aircraft and 3 airfields. It is the world's second general aviation fleet.
