Flybondi debuts flights from Rio de Janeiro to Bariloche, but still serving charters

Flybondi

Flybondi has taken another step towards expanding its international operations, even if it is through a chartered flight. This past Saturday, for the first time, a Boeing 737-800 of the company took off from Galeão Airport, in Rio de Janeiro, and landed in Bariloche, a winter destination in Argentina.

Some other chartered flights will be operated until the 18th of August, departing from Porto Alegre or Rio de Janeiro to Bariloche.

Possibly CVC is one of the customers of these Flybondi operations, since the agency announced that it has booked weekly flights between July 02nd and August 13th to Bariloche, coinciding with the operations of LATAM and the Argentinean low cost airline.

Bariloche's icy mountains, negative temperatures and ski slopes are the winter attractions in Bariloche.

The flights are operated by Flybondi's Boeing 737-800, configured with 189 seats on board in a single class.

In addition to Flybondi, LATAM and Aerolíneas Argentina are also operating direct flights from Brazil to Bariloche.

To enter Argentina, Brazilians need to present proof of complete vaccination for Covid-19 and health insurance with coverage for the disease.
