Gianfranco Beting tells the story of Transbrasil in a new book

Gianfranco Beting, a well-known person in the aeronautics world, announced today through facebook the launch date of his new book, Tango Bravo Alfa. The book tells stories, testimonials and interviews with employees and directors of the airline in 288 pages, with 630 photos that help to understand each period that Transbrasil has gone through, either through infographics or illustrations.

As Transbrasil's marketing director, Gianfranco also contributed to the company's history from 1990 to 1997. The book Tango Bravo Alfa – Life, ion and death of the most beloved airline in Brazil, portrays the entire period until bankruptcy, from the foundation by Omar Fontana until his death in 2001, which includes the time when Gianfranco worked there. The book covers everything from the Boeing 727, which was of great importance for the formation of a strong network in the airline, to the arrival of the 767, which at the time was an icon of aeronautical technology in Brazil.

The official launch will take place at 18 pm on March 16, at Livraria Cultura in Shopping Iguatemi in São Paulo. It is possible to purchase units in physical stores or online via email.
