GOL Linhas Aéreas (B3:GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL) reached the number of 35 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft operating in its fleet.
This weekend, the company received the PS-GPD aircraft, which was supposed to be part of the Jet Airways fleet. A detail of this plane is the destandardization of the interior, which comes in the configuration of the Indian company, with a very comfortable executive class.
In the previous weeks, GOL received the PR-XMK aircraft, on the 20th of April, and on the 27th, the PS-GPF.
GOL plans to close this year with 44 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft in its fleet, if not change your plans again. With this delivery, there are 11 aircraft of this model left for GOL to receive in 2022.

In recent months, GOL closed an operation worth up to US$ 600 million to finance 100% of the acquisition of 12 new 737 MAX 8 aircraft (10 finance leases and two sale-leasebacks), and to generate additional credit lines to the return of 737 NG aircraft.
August 2021 GOL ordered 28 additional Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, increasing its order to 135 aircraft, 30 of which are for the MAX 10 version, the largest available. With current 737 MAX purchase commitments, the airline will meet its goal of having a fleet comprised of 75% MAX models by 2030.
With the increase in fuel prices, the Boeing 737 MAX is a way for the company to reduce its costs, since the aircraft is up to 15% more economical compared to the 737-800. Boeing's new plane also has about 1000 km more range, essential in the operation of long-haul international flights.
