GOL Linhas Aéreas announces that its international airline network for the next high winter season will have 1.096 flights distributed throughout the month of July – of these, 247 are new operations planned exclusively for the period. With the addition of 46.200 new seats during the holiday month, the Company's international capacity expanded by 36% in July, compared to June/2024, the low season.
In absolute numbers, adding the international and domestic networks for the July high season, the Company's total capacity increased by 26,5%, in contrast to the month of June/2024. Still combining domestic and international operations during the holiday month, there are almost 3 new flights made available to Brazilian and foreign Customers, which include the addition of 500 seats.
Seasonal routes, additional flights and the resumption of Fortaleza-Orlando
In this winter season, GOL turns its focus to expanding longer-term operations, the highlights of which are destinations in the Northeast, North and Southeast of Brazil, Buenos Aires, in Argentina, Orlando and Miami, in the United States, and Bogotá , in Colombia, either with seasonal routes and additional frequencies, or with the resumption of an important regular route.
Highlighting the strength of northeastern tourism, GOL will resume on June 27, 2024 the regular Fortaleza (FOR)-Orlando (MCO) route, operated until 2020. The Company is offering Customers in the capital of Ceará and the entire Northeast a weekly departure direct to the Fun Capital of the World, Florida.
Customers will also have more GOL flights to Miami (MIA) from Fortaleza. Starting on June 21, the capital of Ceará will go from 1 weekly frequency to 2 departures per week for MIA, always with direct flights. Also from June 21st, the Company resumes daily flights from Brasília (BSB) to Orlando, and increases weekly departures between the Federal District and Miami from 5 to 11 (capacity valid until August 9th). Miami will also once again receive direct and seasonal GOL flights from Manaus (MAO), between June 29th and August 10th.
Miami is the main distribution center in the United States for flights from Latin America. From this point on, GOL's operations will allow easy access to the coast of Ceará for tourists and business travelers from North America from the most diverse origins, such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Boston, Washington, Las Vegas, Houston, Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Denver, Detroit, Newark, Philadelphia, among others, on flights operated by American Airlines, a company with which GOL maintains an alliance.
Fortaleza, which communicates all year round with Buenos Aires/Ezeiza (EZE), with GOL, has had 2 direct weekly flights to the Argentine capital since the last summer season – a number that will remain the same in the month of July. Another important capital in the Northeast, Recife (REC), will increase its weekly flights to Buenos Aires from 1 to 2, between July 6 and August 4, 2024. The additional flight will be to Ezeiza (EZE), while the regular flight will continue to be destined for Aeroparque airport (AEP).
Finally, a seasonal route operated during the 2023/2024 summer – Belo Horizonte/Confins (CNF)-Ezeiza (EZE) – returns for the winter season. From July 6th, with operations expected until September 2024, GOL will bring miners and Argentineans together with 1 weekly frequency: the departure from Minas Gerais towards Buenos Aires will be on Saturday night, and the return from the capital of the neighboring country , on Sunday.

GOL currently serves 12 of its own international destinations in countries in the Americas, such as Colombia, the United States, Argentina, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic, among others. In partnership with 9 other major airlines, including American Airlines, Avianca, Air , KLM, Air Canada, Aerolíneas Argentinas and Copa, GOL extends its presence to another 216 destinations, reaching 50 countries around the world.
Customers have offers available to GOL and its partners for diverse and unique destinations, covering cosmopolitan and cultural locations such as London, New York, Paris and Mexico City; cities of great historical importance, such as Rome, Berlin, Santo Domingo, Lisbon and Istanbul; tourist paradises, such as Cape Town, Jamaica, Ushuaia, Hawaii and Cancún; and also important ecotourism and adventure destinations, such as San José, Galápagos, Namibia, Cusco and Norway.
GOL's partnership operations facilitate the entire travel process and connections between Brazilian destinations and abroad, as well as allowing more travelers to arrive in Brazil, contributing to tourism being a tool for social and economic development.
