The GOL Smiles group announces that Beatriz Cabral, current CMO of Smiles, will also lead the group's brands: GOL, GOLLOG, Voebiz, GOLAeroteh and Smiles Viagens. The executive, who has been on the travel and loyalty program platform for almost three years, will be in charge of the companies' Marketing, strengthening the synergy between them.
In addition, Beatriz is part of the new female leadership of the GOL Smiles ecosystem, which is also a milestone in Brazilian commercial aviation, along with Carla Fonseca, president of Smiles and vice president of Customer Experience at GOL, who now s the vice -Commercial and Marketing presidency, thus bringing together the entire structure and relationship channels with Customers and sales.

With around 18 years of experience in the areas of Marketing, Communication, Innovation and Human Resources, Beatriz has worked in luxury, insurance and technology companies.
Graduated in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP, with an MBA in Market Management from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing – ESPM/SP, she also participated in the academic program at Københavns Universitet, in Denmark, and is certified in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, in the United States.
