GOL Linhas Aéreas announced the launch of new physical points of sale in the country for the purchase of airline tickets. With this novelty, by the end of May, the company will expand its physical channels by 38%, distributed in different Brazilian states. The first Kiosk ever opened is located in São Paulo, at the Interlagos shopping mall, being the 10th in the city of São Paulo.
Other cities will also be included in this strategy: Brasília (Shopping Conjunto Nacional), Curitiba (Shopping Estação) and Fortaleza (North Shopping), all with the launch of the first GOL point of sale in these regions. In addition, Rio de Janeiro will also receive a new kiosk at the Bay Market mall, the second in the state.
“The locations were chosen in regions where the company has great route connectivity, thus offering a greater number of options for flights and destinations that depart or are destined for these HUBs. We also prioritize accessible locations with a lot of movement of people, so that the face-to-face service facilitates the transmission of information about all travel processes”, says Rogério Guerra, GOL's Commercial Director.
These new points of sale are in line with the company's strategy to expand the service network, establishing processes of excellence and offering the best experience to the Customer, from the purchase of the ticket to the arrival at the final destination.
“This work is part of our expansion plan and approach to all audiences. We want our Customers to feel comfortable and close to answer their questions and also be able to easily buy their tickets, GOL+ Conforto seat, GOL fare for international flights, baggage allowance in addition to travel insurance”, adds Guerra.
Due to the inauguration, GOL will carry out a special promotion for the sale of tickets purchased at the new points of sale. Between May 01st and May 31st, 2018, Customers who purchase round-trip tickets for a domestic segment will pay a return ticket starting at 175,00 (taxes included), for flights between May 01st and June 30th, 2018. The purchase can be paid in up to ten interest-free installments on the credit card of the different flags, or on the debit card and cash.
