“In order to carry out the procedure in a coordinated manner, and with the least impact on our Customers and Partners, the Company prepared a specific Contingency Plan, which included proactive and early communication”, said GOL in its statement.

The action does not affect flight operations, and procedures on the ground will follow the protocols already established by GOL. In this way, the boarding of customers with flights during this period is confirmed.

During system maintenance, initially scheduled to last from 19:00 pm on Saturday (August 21st) to 12:00 pm on Sunday (August 22nd), digital channels, such as the website and app, will be unavailable for sale and service, therefore, customers with scheduled flights must carry out check-in procedures directly at the airports, with the of Team de Águias.
