The new functionality is available at the airports of São Paulo/Congonhas (CGH) and Rio de Janeiro/Santos Dumont (SDU), and the entire flow is carried out through the GOL app.
The greatest privilege belongs to the Company's Customers, who, in this way, now have more speed and security at all stages of the trip, from arrival at the airport, to check-in, ing through the X-ray to boarding the aircraft.
With Boarding with Facial Recognition, the use of identification documents is waived, thus avoiding handling and possible risks. The entire operation of the Company is equally favored, due to the agility and reliability of the new system.

For Customers, it is very simple and rewarding to make use of this new and modern functionality. Check out the rules and step by step:
- Boarding with Facial Recognition is valid on domestic flights departing from Congonhas (CGH) and Santos Dumont (SDU) airports.
- To use it, the Customer must be over 18 years old and have previously ed in the biometric system of the National Driver's License (digital CNH) or the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) - the voter's title.
- The entire flow to enable the biometric boarding functionality will only be available in the GOL app (iOS and Android).
- After checking in online through the GOL app, the enger will receive a notice about the news, so just click on “Accelerate Boarding”. Then come the instructions for capturing the biometrics (lighted place, neutral background, no hat or sunglasses, etc.)
- Once the recommendations have been read, the next step is consent to the of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
- The facial biometrics itself is then captured, and the photo undergoes validation.
- And ready! With the approval of the photo, the Client can now access his boarding .
Boarding with Facial Recognition becomes a reality at two major national airports through the service provided by the technology agency providing services to the Government, Serpro, and will also be offered to the entire crew of the Company.
