Helibras, the only manufacturer of helicopters in Brazil, announces the transfer of three executives to its board of directors. The position of vice-president of Business and Services, formerly held by Jean-Luc Alfonsi – current president of Helibras – was divided into two new directorates so that executives are even closer to customers. In addition, the company created the Directorate of Operations.
“Having high-level professionals with extensive experience and knowledge of the Brazilian market in these positions is one of the company's strategies. We want to be even closer to customers to better serve them and always improve our services”, says the president of Helibras.

Sébastien Bully
Working with Brazil since 2008, Sébastien Bully takes over as Director of Sales, Marketing and New Business Development. Its objective will be to consolidate and expand the company's market leadership through innovative solutions, making use of the company's large infrastructure in the country.
Born in Paris, , Bully dedicated his entire career to aviation, when in 1998 he started as an aircraft maintenance trainee in Montpellier, . He has already operated in several markets in , Mexico and Singapore. The executive holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ESTACA and an MBA from Institut Aix, in Provence.

With over 20 years of experience in the areas of customer , project management, business operations, product development and engineering management, Branco takes over as Director of Programs and Services. The Executive will have the challenge of continuing to improve the company's products and services to further customers.
Born in Rio Claro, in the interior of São Paulo, Branco is an Aeronautical Engineer from Universidade Vale do Paraíba (UNIVAP), post-graduated in Aeronautical Maintenance and Master in Engineering from UNIFEI, holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV and an MBA in Business Management , by USP.
Henri Marteel
With more than 15 years in the Airbus group, Henri Marteel takes over as Director of Operations in Brazil and will coordinate a team of more than 300 professionals. With extensive experience in the area of Maintenance and Industry, Marteel will be challenged to ensure quality, costs, deadlines, safety and customer satisfaction in relation to industrial activities.
Marteel is originally from Dunkerque, and is fluent in four languages. The executive holds a master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from ESTACA, a postgraduate degree in Advanced Research in structures and materials from Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, and a Specialized Master's Degree in International Project Management from ES-EAP (European School of Management).
