PURCHASE
The ticket was issued with Multiplus points, the purchase operations were all very simple, it being only necessary to pay the boarding fee.
Due to the final destination, the city of Belém, the only complication was finding a viable LATAM connection to reduce the waiting time as much as possible. This unfortunately was not possible, having to make several connections. The total travel time was 23 hours ing through Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Believe me, they were the shortest connections available due to the flight schedule being very short after subsequent cancellations.

CHECK IN
The online check-in operation was very simple and intuitive. Once the personal data is entered when issuing the ticket, they are saved in the application, and it is only necessary to confirm them to carry out the check-in in just 30 seconds.
Check-in to the United States can be done with just 24 hours in advance, but I had a little confusion at first. I received an email asking me to check in while it was not yet available through the system.
Arriving at Miami Airport, I noticed the great infrastructure of LATAM. The same, after the merger between LAN and TAM is much better and even bigger in of services offered to the customer, such as counters, attendants, etc…

VIP ROOM
The VIP room was a very pleasant surprise as it is owned by LATAM, it is extremely large and well serviced. The Lounge is accessible to eligible customers traveling on any member airline Oneworld.
I stayed in the room at the end of the day and could see an intense movement of engers on LATAM flights. Even in times of crowding, food was always being exchanged and replaced, to always be well served on trays and portions of dishes. The food was really good.
I would say that the VIP room in São Paulo is a little better, either for the atmosphere or for the harmonization, but the one in Miami serves engers very well in of meals.
I am happy to know that LATAM makes its own VIP lounge superior compared to those of other companies.
What disappointed me was the toiletry bag provided in the bathroom, with soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Having to unlock my suitcase for a comb, toothpaste, brush, etc… This is only compared to the service in São Paulo, where the kit is better. Likewise, this does not influence the wanderer's experience very much. Many prefer to use their own belongings.

EMBARKATION
Boarding took place on time! The process was quick with several employees checking documents. The impression was that boarding ended well ahead of time and we were waiting for the right time for the aircraft to leave the gate.

VOO
The flight was very smooth, as it was a night flight, I also noticed how careful the crew was to close all the windows so that during the morning, engers would not wake up with sunlight. Cabin announcements were frequent but at opportune times.
The Business cabin of the Boeing 767 is different from the company's other aircraft. Certainly the simplest and least spacious, despite the 2-2-2 configuration, this is also due to the size of the aircraft, being much smaller than the 777 and A350.
The seats recline 180°, but are narrower compared to other aircraft or at least that was the impression.

ON BOARD SERVICE
Dinner and breakfast are very good! I was satisfied the whole trip.
The options were as follows:
The soup was cold and the accompanying breads were stale. both at dinner and breakfast. It is very frustrating to eat stale bread in a service standard as LATAM should be.
I noticed a growing difference in service depending on the company's aircraft, with service on the 767 being lower than the 777 and the 777 lower than the A350 (on the A350, for example, pajamas were distributed, and the next day the crew delivered the clothes labeled with the name, engers, so they can change in the morning). In the 777, in addition to the space and better lighting, the trays were more spacious, making them more comfortable when eating.
Dinner, on the other hand, was good and well served. The salad and its sauce always accompany and fit perfectly well, harmonizing with the dish served.

ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment service in Business class on flight JJ8057 is the same as on LATAM domestic flights through LATAM Entertainment. It's possible to watch more than 100 movies, including premieres and classics, series with complete seasons, TV episodes of different genres, spend time playing games, and listen to a great selection of music.
The individual screen does not have the same resolution as the screens equipped on the A350, and I don't think this LATAM system is equivalent to keep the enger entertained for 9 hours straight.

CONCLUSION
A very peaceful flight, but there is a huge difference in relation to the company's equipment, such as the 767's shower, which is completely different from other LATAM aircraft.
Knowing the other aircraft, I would certainly advise the same route from São Paulo made with the 777.
In short, I would not say that the Business category is the same for all LATAM flights, as there is a huge difference in of cabin and comfort between aircraft and the service provided.
