LATAM receives international award for best on-board service for the third consecutive year

For the third consecutive year, the LATAM group won the award for “Best Food and Beverage Service on Board” at the APEX Best In Airline Awards. International recognition was achieved with the vote of more than one million engers from 600 airlines in the tripit, one of the world's leading travel organization apps. The gastronomic richness of LATAM's in-flight service, with a complimentary service on domestic routes and the “Sabor à Brasileira” and “Flavors that transport” programs for long-distance flights, were highlights for offering engers a gastronomic perspective of North America. South and enrich the onboard experience with authentic flavors from the different countries in the region. The programs, it is worth ing, feature exclusive menus, prepared with the help of chefs who represent the regional cuisines on board.

Winning the APEX Best In Airline Awards for the third consecutive year adds to two other recognitions recently received by the LATAM group: “Best Sustainability on Board” in the Onboard Hospitality Awards 2024 for the second year in a row and “Highly Recommended” in the “Best Inflight Entertainment” and “Catering Innovation of the Year” categories; and the “Outstanding Food Service by a Carrier for South America 2024”, from Pax International Awards, for the fifth year.
