LATAM Travel sponsors the premiere of “The Lion King” in Brazil

LATAM Travel was one of the official sponsors of the preview event for the new film “The Lion King”, held yesterday (17/07) at Shopping Eldorado.

With the aim of reinforcing its longstanding partnership with the Walt Disney World Resort, the travel operator of the LATAM Airlines Group has developed a campaign with special actions and invites consumers to forget their problems by traveling to the enchanted world of Disney in Florida.

There were several initiatives developed by the company this month to reinforce its expertise in taking customers to the most famous theme parks in the world. The main one, held yesterday, involved the activation of the LATAM Travel brand at Shopping Eldorado, with the showing of a promotional video before the premiere of “The Lion King”.

At the end of the session, the operator distributed personalized gifts to the spectators, recalling one of the most famous expressions of the film: a sleeping mask with the phrase “Hakuna Matata”.

“Our partnership with Walt Disney World has existed for many years and we took advantage of the release of this film, one of the great cinema productions, to triangulate a marketing campaign considering the magic of the characters of “The Lion King”, the sale of Disney products and the incentive to purchase complete packages with LATAM Travel”, says Yara Rodrigues, marketing and direct sales manager at LATAM Travel Brasil. “We want to offer our consumers the opportunity to experience Disney magic firsthand”, it ends.

Also in July, LATAM Travel had the participation of actress Thaís Fersoza to highlight the special travel conditions that will last until the end of this month. On her social networks, the influencer communicated to her followers that, until July 31, children between three and nine years old will have discounts of up to 50% on tickets to Disney parks.

During the month, also as part of the campaign, Blitz Rádio Disney was in eight LATAM Travel stores in São Paulo, publicizing the campaign and sharing with listeners all the details and benefits of traveling to Disney Theme Parks with the operator. Everyone who participated in the Blitz won gifts personalized by Disney.

In addition, the operator also carried out an internal action to encourage its employees, both in physical stores and in the Sales Center, with the aim of engaging them in its sales. Those who reached their pre-established goals won tickets to attend the premiere of “The Lion King”.
