During the construction period at Santos Dumont Airport (RJ), between August 24 and September 21, 2019, LATAM Brasil will offer free transfers between the airport terminals in Rio de Janeiro.
Seats on the buses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To access them, simply present a personal document with a photo valid for boarding, in addition to the flight locator, reservation or boarding .
Hourly ground transportation between airports:
- Santos Dumont – Single Terminal
First departure: 4h
Last departure: 20pm - Galeão – Terminal 1
First departure: 6h
Last departure: 22pm
engers affected by the transfer of flights are being notified of the change and, if they wish, can reschedule or fully refund their tickets at no additional cost at My travels or on the LATAM app.
All LATAM flights to and from Santos Dumont Airport were transferred to Galeão (Rio de Janeiro) during the period.
Customers can also the LATAM Call Center at 4002-5700 (capital cities) or 0300 570 5700 (other locations in Brazil) before heading to the airport.
